NATTEST LAB SDN BHD (201601003328 / 1174254-A), No. 16, Jalan 5/108C, Taman Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website, including the NattestGeo pages. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean NATTEST LAB SDN BHD.
What we collect
When you request a quote, add tests to an enquiry or send us a message, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, phone number, email address, project location, preferred branch, the tests or services you are interested in, and your message. Phone number or email is required so that we can reply; the rest is optional.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us in the same way.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange testing or site work.
- To keep a record of enquiries and quotations as part of our normal business records.
- To contact you about the work you asked about. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.
- To comply with the law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by our sales and operations staff. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not disclose it to third parties so that they can market to you.
We use service providers who act on our instructions, such as IT, website hosting and communication services. They may process your data only to the extent needed to provide their service. Our website is maintained by AIOS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and may be hosted on servers outside Malaysia; where that is the case, we require controls that keep your data secure.
We may disclose personal data to public authorities where the law requires it, and only to the extent required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

This website uses one essential cookie that remembers the tests you have added to your enquiry while you browse. It does not track you across other websites and is not used for advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, in which case the enquiry basket will not work.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Connections to this website are encrypted.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to the law and to any contract we have with you.
